I have found that there are ultimately only two types of anxious people. The first: those who haven't truly realized that they will die, caring about evaluations, winning or losing, and others' opinions, living as if tomorrow will always come. The second: those who are aware but do not accept their fate. With ability: they turn anxiety into action, changing their destiny and extending their life. Without ability: they turn anxiety into internal torment, torturing themselves. So the most frightening thing about anxiety is: you neither accept death nor have the ability to fight against it.
