According to the China Trade Remedy Information Network, on February 6th, the European Commission issued a notice confirming the final anti-dumping ruling on pre-cooked or preserved sweet corn kernels originating from China. The ruling states that Sunflower Group: Sunflower Food Industry (Xinfeng) Co., Ltd. and Sunny Food Co., Ltd. will face an anti-dumping duty of 31.0%, Zhangzhou Tongfa Food Industry Co., Ltd. will face an anti-dumping duty of 54.3%, other cooperating enterprises will face an anti-dumping duty of 45.1%, and other producers/exporters will face an anti-dumping duty of 54.3%. The announcement takes effect the day after its release.
