Announcement on Share Consolidation for 10 ETF Leveraged Tokens

To enhance the trading experience and optimize price precision, Gate will carry out a share consolidation (reverse split) for 10 ETF leveraged tokens starting at 07:00 AM on August 6, 2025 (UTC). The affected tokens are VINE3S, ENA3S, ADA3S, LAUNCHCOIN3S, ALPACA3L, OMG3L, AXS3L, LINK3L, FARTCOIN5L, WIF5L .

Share Consolidation Process

1. Trading Suspension and Order Cancellation: Trading of the affected tokens will be suspended, and all pending orders will be automatically canceled.
2. Balance Snapshot: A snapshot of user holdings for all affected tokens will be taken in sequence.
3. 1000:1 Consolidation Ratio: The share consolidation will be executed at a 1000:1 ratio. Users' token holdings will be reduced to 1/1000 of the original amount. At the same time, the net asset value (NAV) per unit will increase by 1000 times. The total value of users’ holdings will remain unchanged (excluding NAV changes resulting from price fluctuations during operation).
4. Completion and Resumption: Upon completion of the consolidation, trading will be resumed accordingly.
