BTC faced rejection at the first resistance zone around 72K, and we also took initial profits at this level. The 72K area remains a zone that needs to be reclaimed to move towards the April 2025 lows and possibly approach the 80K region. The total market cap also rejected the bearish retracement zone at 2.4T and needs to be reclaimed to move towards 2.6T.

Since the market is in a macro downtrend, we will continue to profit from these bearish retracement zones until we start accumulating for our long-term positions. Regarding new positions, I will only consider adding more short-term trades if some bullish divergences form in the coming days. This could happen if BTC drops below 63K, declines to 58K, and the total market cap falls below 2.15T to 1.90T.
We have already established positions at lower levels, so there’s no need to speculate on higher lows in the market. Regarding stocks, as explained yesterday, I am waiting for a short-term dip in the S&P 500 and NASDAQ before re-accumulating some large-cap stocks. Many stocks, such as TSLA, have already fallen significantly since the first warning signals.
However, if these stock indices continue to weaken, I expect individual stocks to decline further, especially if the dollar begins to react more strongly from macro support levels. Ideally, this would be accompanied by a sharp spike in the volatility index, indicating some panic among investors. This year, my main goal remains capital preservation and building a medium- to long-term portfolio that includes cryptocurrencies and stocks.
