Today, domestic spot electrolytic copper inventory is 341,200 tons, an increase of 4,000 tons compared to the 2nd, and a decrease of 11,100 tons compared to the 5th; Shanghai inventory is 202,500 tons, down 4,000 tons from the 2nd and down 14,500 tons from the 5th; Guangdong inventory is 46,800 tons, up 1,200 tons from the 2nd and up 1,200 tons from the 5th; Jiangsu inventory is 86,000 tons, up 2,900 tons from the 2nd and up 1,900 tons from the 5th. Domestic social inventory performance has declined, mainly driven by the Shanghai market, with slight increases in Jiangsu and Guangdong markets. Due to the upcoming Spring Festival holiday and the recent decline in copper prices, some downstream enterprises still have pre-holiday stocking demand. Over the weekend, warehouse outbound volume increased significantly, leading to a decrease in inventory. (Mysteel)
