[Red Envelope] 2.11 Review, don't be so pessimistic. Chat in the live room at 9 PM.

Winning soldiers win first, then seek battle — [Taoguba]
In a war, those generals who always win have often carefully calculated before the battle that they have a very high probability of winning this fight before they even start.
Defeated soldiers fight first, then seek victory — Those generals who always lose, always start the fight first, and only think about how to win during the battle, so they always fail.
This market is never short of opportunities; what’s lacking is the calm patience to wait and the clarity of self-awareness. Seek inward, and only then can you anchor your direction amid fluctuations. Wait for the wind, follow the trend, and let compound interest create miracles.
The core of trading has never been frequent trading; keep your heart steady, don’t be easily affected by market fluctuations, plan your trades, trade your plan, multiply your position size based on your win rate and odds, and perfect your trading system.
Slow down, move forward steadily — that’s speed; after all, flowing water does not compete to be first, but it strives to flow endlessly.
I suggest to every friend reading this: follow me for a week, and you won’t regret what you gain.
Like first, then watch — consistent profits over the years~! Like while watching, keep your mind clear~! Thanks a lot~!

1. Overall Market Trend
This morning, AI video bidding did not meet expectations. Besides Zhangyue Technology’s order book increasing, other openings were generally poor. Hengdian Film and TV opened without a premium. The last second of the Chinese stock market was red; otherwise, it opened below water. At the open, there were various profit-taking, Hengdian Film and TV hit the limit down, leading to Bona Film’s rise. Yesterday’s 20 second-board stocks, 7 upgraded. Among these, there are photovoltaic construction stocks like Yabo Shares, computing power stocks like Dawi Technology, and chemical stocks like Jinhua Group.

7 stocks with 2-3 boards at key points
Zhangyue Technology: The most solid logic, directly hitting the limit-up with a large order book. There was a missed order during the day, so a break tomorrow or a volume breakout on the board is possible. Personally, I think a good sign is if it opens with a volume explosion on the limit-up, driving the sector back, which is also a good entry point. If the one-word limit continues to strengthen with less volume, it could be risky.
Huanrui Century: Second largest order book, decreased compared to yesterday, re-closed after opening, and will face a challenge from DeCai tomorrow.
DeCai Co.: Also has a large order book, with drama stocks, re-closed after opening. After a second attempt to open in the afternoon, it re-closed again.
Dawi Technology: Surprised with a strong bidding order, driving a rebound in computing power. Yesterday, Wangsu Technology, which lagged behind, rebounded from deep water -15 with a volume surge to the top 3, leading to gains in Oriental Xun, Litong Electronics, and others. Dawi Technology used the same strategy as yesterday, crossing the left-side trapped zone with a one-word limit.
Oriental Xun: Reminded midday that this stock was at the previous day’s limit-up line to shake out funds, then surged in the afternoon. In the comments section at the close, I advised a 20% position for early entry. Today’s intraday high was 11%, with many small partners above 7%.

Jinhua Group: Followed Baichuan Shares, chemical sector. Early morning, it failed to meet expectations in AI video bidding. Before midday, it opened with a rebound following Jinniu Chemical, but the strength was somewhat lacking.
Yabo Shares: AI video bidding was below expectations, with volume acceleration and a stable order book in photovoltaic stocks, but lacked momentum.
Longyun Shares: Acquired a film and TV company.

Core stocks that broke the limit
Bona Film: Opened with an unexpected one-word limit-up in the morning. It was dragged down by Hengdian Film and TV’s limit down, then both rebounded together. Later, it was hammered down again, within the 2-3 board stocks, with some funds maintaining support. There was active bidding at the close, a key stock to watch whether it can recover in AI video tomorrow.
Chinese Online: Had some intraday pullbacks, with last-second bidding turning red, then being pushed down all day.
Jiecheng Co.: A resilient stock in the 300-share index, with exaggerated volume today, 54% turnover.
Rongxin Culture: An emotional stock in the 300-share index.
Fengyu Zhu: Another red board in the 2-3 category, with debt; today, it must not break the one-word limit. It followed Bona’s fluctuations, becoming a small brother of Bona.
Other AI video stocks with 3 boards all came from one-word limits.
Baichuan Shares: Chemical sector, 4 boards, avoiding mobile targets. Yesterday, it resisted AI video impact with a one-word limit, and today, it was split by AI video divergence, leading to a dozen chemical stocks hitting daily limit-ups, with expectations for a one-word limit tomorrow.
Back to the market context, overall, the morning AI video underperformance caused various sell-offs. During this time, core photovoltaic stocks like GCL-Poly pulled back after a rally.
Early morning glass fiber sector:
Pre-market news: Taiyao halted production, glass fiber production adjusted, needed in Nvidia M9. This has been a topic of speculation.
Shandong Glass Fiber, China Conch, Honghe Technology, International Composite Materials, with Ping An Electric ahead in the afternoon.

Commercial aerospace moved early morning, related to the Chang Zheng 10’s offshore recovery platform, with Hailanxin as the core. Previously, the core was Jolly Sockets. After successful news at noon, the market opened, and aerospace engineering stocks surged while Hailanxin was hammered down. Subsequently, aerospace engineering stocks also fell back to the moving average.
Market sell-off continued until around 1:30 pm, with AIGC attempting a rebound but failing, then continued to decline into the close. The Shenzhen Composite Index accelerated downward, with a volume of 120 billion in a shrinking market, just reaching 20 trillion in total market value at close. During the closing auction, some AI video stocks still saw some bid activity.

2. Market Expectations
The market’s accelerated decline at the close is not too bad; I’m not too pessimistic. If I have to pick a direction tomorrow, I think the probability of recovery is higher. But since the New Year is approaching, the low-volume rotation market relies heavily on understanding and execution. Buying stocks far from core assets can easily lead to losses. I hope everyone can have a happy New Year with high-probability or confirmed opportunities.
3. Market Style
Today’s rotation and rally will depend on tomorrow’s market conditions, volume, and direction.
Also, about key points: the concept of consecutive limit-ups is also a market style.
Regarding key points:
Yesterday, a fellow investor asked whether to do 1-2, I clearly said to do 2-3. Looking back at the market today, yesterday’s first boards were 39 stocks, only 3 upgraded today; second boards were 20 stocks, with 7 upgrades. During market sell-offs, stocks that are not at key nodes carry higher risk than 2-3 node stocks. If tomorrow’s sentiment recovers, funds will still prefer stocks within key nodes as the first choice for recovery.

5. Random notes —

Comrades, trading involves ups and downs, which is normal. The key is timing and decisiveness. Good timing prevents being trapped intraday; decisiveness cuts losses and lets profits run. Relax, give yourself more time and patience. There’s a live broadcast at 9 pm tonight — join if you can chat.

Remember to like all my posts.

And keep encouraging me! For short-term trading, if you haven’t achieved stable profits over 6 months, I suggest reducing your position size. This advice is for those who are willing to listen. I also hope everyone gets better and more stable — make money!

Waiting for opportunities requires the ability to recognize them. This involves long hours of watching the market, developing market feel, trading systems, the 10,000-hour rule — no rush. If you have questions, ask me; I’ll answer when I’m here.
About myself: I was invited here; how long I stay is unknown. For very novice investors, I suggest lowering your position size; for those with over 2 years of short-term trading experience or in a bottleneck period, I can help a lot.
Finally: Many things are true or false; time will help you discern authenticity and strength. Don’t pretend; the results of gains and losses won’t perform for you.
