Wu said that Davide Crapis, Head of Artificial Intelligence at the Ethereum Foundation, posted on Twitter that current internet API access heavily relies on identity binding (such as email, bank cards, or wallets), and the development of AI may intensify this trend. He proposed a solution of "staking" to replace "identity": users deposit a security deposit once, allowing multiple API calls while maintaining unlinkability, and any abuse will be confiscated. Vitalik Buterin responded that this is the "correct direction to make Ethereum a home for AI," and that more substantial technological improvements such as zero-knowledge (ZK) privacy payments and reputation mechanisms should be used to build a more innovative infrastructure.
