UBS plans to hire 50 bankers in Hong Kong to oversee wealth management business

On February 9th, it was reported that UBS Wealth Management Asia Pacific Co-Head and UBS Hong Kong Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director Lu Caiyun stated that North Asia wealth management business revenue hit a record high last year and that they plan to hire about 50 bankers in Hong Kong, most of whom will focus on wealth management. In an interview, Lu Caiyun said that the group has always been very focused on ultra-high-net-worth individuals and billionaires, and after acquiring Credit Suisse Group, some clients who had left during the initial integration have already returned, as clients believe everything has stabilized.
