Primoris’s wholly owned subsidiaries include ARB Inc. (ARB), ARB Structures Ltd., All Electric Inc., OnQuest Inc., Red Bishop Contractors Inc., Stellaris LLC, James Construction Group LLC (JCG), Rockford Corporation (Rockford), Primoris Energy Services (PES), and Q3 Contracting Inc. (Q3C).
