Tech Home, February 9 — The entire Quark AI Glasses series is now receiving a new round of software updates. The S1 flagship series has added features such as first-person live streaming, screenshot and screen recording, and scene-appropriate music recommendations. The G1 has for the first time supported Super RAW low-light enhancement technology, extending the phone-level high dynamic range processing capabilities to AI glasses, significantly improving imaging performance in night scenes and low-light conditions.
The S1 glasses now support a “what you see is what you get” first-person live streaming feature. After completing the system update, users only need to open the “Quark AI Glasses” app and tap the “Live” button at the bottom of the homepage to start a live broadcast directly through the built-in first-person camera.
At the same time, the S1 also introduces new screenshot and screen recording functions. These features can simultaneously record AI information displayed on the near-eye virtual screen (IT Home note: such as navigation prompts, real-time translations, teleprompter text, etc.) and generate complete images or videos that include the real scene in front. According to official information, this feature is especially suitable for scenarios like sharing life skills, recording auxiliary operations, and capturing highlights during speeches.
In addition to live streaming and screen recording, this update also includes scene-appropriate music recommendations, head-nod call answering, and fixed display of AI responses. The “scene-appropriate music” feature can automatically match playlists suitable for the current atmosphere based on recognition and understanding of the scene in front. Head gestures such as nodding or shaking can be used to answer or reject calls, ideal for scenarios like cycling or cooking where device operation is inconvenient. When the Qianwen AI assistant generates a reply, users can slide the side of the temple to keep the response fixed in front of their eyes, making it easier to focus on browsing.
The newly added Super RAW in G1 effectively suppresses brightness and color noise in low-light environments while accurately preserving details in highlights, avoiding overexposure. It significantly enhances image details and contrast, allowing the output of high-quality photos with high signal-to-noise ratio, rich details, and natural tones even in urban night scenes and underground parking lots.
