In general, HRV is one of the most difficult indicators to improve, especially when you're already at a mid-to-high level; pushing it higher is basically hard work. But in the past two months, I've seen a consecutive month-over-month increase of +14%, with an average of 77 over the past week (including two days where I drank alcohol, as anyone who understands knows, alcohol is a destructive blow to HRV).

I did one thing: I took all my test reports—blood tests, ultrasounds, physical exam data, supplement lists—and structured them all before feeding them into AI, letting it rebuild my supplement plan based on real data. The result was: removing a bunch of unnecessary items and adding some that truly targeted my indicators. After two months of implementation, HRV responded directly.

What's even more interesting is that I didn't even use any "medical-specific large models," just ChatGPT and Gemini. Comparing the two, I prefer the former; its logic is more complete, explanations are more detailed, and the reasoning chain is clearer.

Honestly, this result even surprised me. It's not just a "feels a bit better," but a data-level improvement.

If AI can optimize individual health to this extent, it’s truly not science fiction that the average human lifespan could reach 100 years.
