Simply put, merchants only need to complete two steps: 1. Sign up for the “Spring Festival No Closure” activity; 2. Complete goods warehousing in advance. Afterwards, merchants can become “hands-off” managers, entrusting everything to the platform. Currently, registration is still ongoing.
At the same time, Alibaba International Station has launched a “Three Free Policies”: free handling fee, free operation fee, and free warehousing fee, enabling zero-cost warehousing. It also offers exclusive traffic pools for registered products, providing increased search ranking, Spring Festival-specific exposure, and multiple traffic boosts.
These products will be marked with “24-hour dispatch” and “Fast Shipping,” reassuring overseas buyers to place orders: although China is on holiday during the Spring Festival, these products can still be automatically shipped within 24 hours.
“On the first day of going live, we shipped five orders, all from new customers silently placing orders. The total visitors to the store increased by at least 60%,” said a relevant person in charge at Foshan Yashifeile Import and Export Co., Ltd., happily. They are now stockpiling more products in Cainiao’s domestic warehouses in advance.
Another Shenzhen foreign trade merchant, Yun Kaiming Technology Co., Ltd., observed that a dashcam in their store, which had been ignored for the past three months, received two B-class orders within one day after being marked with “24-hour dispatch.”
During the event, Alibaba International Station will collaborate with Cainiao to establish multiple Spring Festival emergency response centers nationwide to ensure the stability of cross-border logistics during the holiday, turning the Spring Festival from a “sales off-season” into a “cross-border golden week.”
