**What is a worker and what do they do?**

In the Russian-speaking crypto community, the term "worker" is popular — borrowed from the English word "Worker." A worker is essentially a hired specialist or team member who takes on specific tasks based on an agreement.

This type of collaboration arises in certain situations. Usually, there is a person with funds and an idea, (investor), but they lack the time or desire to handle various operational activities themselves. Instead of hiring full-time employees, they look for workers — people willing to take on temporary or project-based tasks within crypto enthusiast teams.

A worker is essentially a contractual form of cooperation that provides flexibility for both parties. The investor gets the needed performers, and the specialists have the opportunity to earn extra income on projects they are interested in. Such partnerships are common in NFT communities and other crypto sectors where quick team coordination and task execution are needed without formal employment.
