Will China attend the inaugural leaders' meeting of the "Peace Committee"? Ministry of Foreign Affairs responds

On February 9th, Foreign Ministry spokesperson Lin Jian held a routine press conference. A reporter from Agence France-Presse asked whether China has been invited to participate in the first leaders’ meeting of the “Peace Committee” initiated by U.S. President Trump, which will be held in Washington on the 19th. If invited, will China attend? “We have previously responded to questions regarding the ‘Peace Committee,’ and I have no new comments,” Lin Jian said. (The Paper)
