SBF on Twitter accused the Biden administration of forcing companies to move abroad, claiming that under Trump’s administration, the US welcomed businesses back, and that Democratic Party regulation was absurd and unlicensed. SBF stated that the judiciary no longer suppresses the industry, and that liquidity prediction markets and the cryptocurrency market are now open to the US. Yesterday, he filed to revoke his conviction, claiming that Biden threatened witnesses and altered testimonies. Trump pardoned SBF’s prison buddy, former Honduran President, in December last year, and SBF subsequently expressed support multiple times on Twitter, seeking a pardon or sentence reduction. Since early 2025, the SBF family has publicly lobbied Trump and arranged meetings with allies.
