CZ: Project teams should focus on refining their products without over-comparing themselves to other projects.

On February 12th, CEX Founder CZ stated during an AMA: I think we should focus solely on our own work. I suggest that for all ecosystem projects or projects related to me, I can influence, we should focus on doing our own thing, not discussing others or looking at others. If we don’t do as well as other products, we learn; if others have strong values, we learn; if their teams are strong, we recruit. We have been hiring, but only look at ourselves. As long as we do a good job with our products, that’s enough. Ultimately, a good product that people use is what matters. Other things are not that important. We shouldn’t be overly happy just because our coin price is slightly higher than others, nor should we be overly sad if it’s slightly lower. Long-term victory is true victory. Serving users well, protecting their funds, offering the lowest prices, fastest speeds, and the best user experience—allowing users to utilize all the features your products provide—that’s what matters most. Everything else is noise, and there’s no need to worry about it.
