IT Home, February 11 — This afternoon, according to foreign media Motor1, Ferrari is confidently optimistic about the market prospects of its first all-electric model, Luce. CEO Benedetto Vigna stated during the Q4 2025 earnings call that Luce has received “very positive” market feedback.

At the same time, he made it clear that the company will not force electric sports cars on customers seeking flagship or limited-edition models. “We will never require customers to buy an electric vehicle just to purchase the next-generation Testarossa—or any other name for a new car. Forcing customers to buy products they don’t like is the biggest mistake. Companies must learn from their own and the market’s mistakes.” He also confirmed that Luce will be unveiled at an event in Rome on May 25.

IT Home notes: This date is symbolic. On May 25, 1947, Ferrari 125S achieved its first victory at the Rome Grand Prix.

After the release of Luce in late May 2026, Ferrari will also launch four new models, part of its plan to introduce at least 20 models by 2030.

Vigna did not disclose specific details, but reports suggest that the successor to the Roma Spider, the Amalfi Spider, may be one of the upcoming models.

The Purosangue may also see a new small-displacement version and possibly introduce a plug-in hybrid system. Meanwhile, the Icona series might launch the SP4. In addition to these models, Ferrari may also introduce a more track-focused high-performance vehicle.
