A new Cardano governance action proposes setting the NCL to 300M $ADA. This would be for the period between 13th Feb 2026 and 3rd July 2027. Net Change Limit (NCL) sets a maximum ceiling on the ADA that can be withdrawn from the treasury during the period. Do you support this?
